Our store started in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in 2012.
In 2018, the store relocated and doubled its previous space.
In order to achieve higher quality, we have introduced a new roasting machine, the Probat UG-15, from the 1960s.
We have a wide range of roasts from light to dark to meet the tastes of many people.

[Roaster Information]
They opened in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in 2012. In 2018, they relocated to a new store, doubling the space and introducing a new Probat UG-15 roaster from the 1960s, aiming to achieve even higher quality.

This farm has won first prize at a national competition in Bolivia, and our store became acquainted with them after visiting them, and we have continued to purchase from them ever since.
