Q. Can I ship overseas?

A. Yes, we can ship internationally. You can check whether we can ship to your country on the payment screen.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A. Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the New Year holidays).

Q: How much is shipping?

A. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout when you place an order . The system will display the exact amount based on region and weight.

Q. What is the shipping method? Can I track my order?

A. Products will be shipped via small packet (airmail) or EMS .
For EMS, a tracking number will be issued and you can check the delivery status online. Small packages may not be tracked in some countries and regions.

Q. Can I return or cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience . Thank you for your understanding.

Q. What if I receive a defective product?

A. If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it . We will check the condition of the product and provide a refund .

A. Customs duties and import taxes in the shipping country are the responsibility of the customer . Tax conditions vary by country and region, so please check before ordering.

A. Please enter your address in English accurately on the Shopify checkout screen. Please do not omit any street numbers or building names.
