Opened in 2017 in Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City. Using a 5kg Probat kettle, they specialize in creating clean, balanced flavors. With a wide range of roasts from light to dark, they are a beloved spot for locals to relax.

This is the lot of La Tina Farm, run by the Caballeros, who are well known for their work at El Puente Farm. The 150 hectares of farmland is divided into 35 plots, and coffee is grown in each plot, from micro lots to large lots, in a location suited to the coffee.
