The company's president, Mr. Kadokawa, is a coffee specialist who has experience working in coffee production while living in a washing station (refinery). He has gone beyond the role of a roaster and now acts as an importer, connecting El Salvadorian coffee with Japanese roasters and spreading El Salvador's specialty coffee in Japan.
