COYOTE

This Kyoto-based coffee brand only sells coffee from El Salvador in Central America.

Our buyers spend over a year working with producers on farms, and they deal directly with trusted producers and exporters to ensure that we only use coffee that they purchase. This ensures that we deliver not only high-quality coffee, but also coffee that tells the story of the coffee's journey before it reaches your cup, including the personality of the producer and the scenery of the production area.

[Roaster Information]
A micro-roaster specializing in El Salvador. The company's president, Mr. Kadokawa, is a coffee specialist who has experience working in coffee production while living in a washing station (refinery). He has gone beyond the role of a roaster and now acts as an importer, connecting El Salvadorian coffee with Japanese roasters and spreading El Salvador's specialty coffee in Japan.

[Farm Information]
This coffee comes from Antonio, a producer we've been working with since COYOTE's first year. He secures a good batch for us every year, and the coffee he carefully cultivates in his enviable farm with perfect climate conditions is always beautifully sweet. This time, we've selected a Pacamara coffee, known for its rich sweetness and texture.
