[Farm Information]
Taking advantage of the quality of small batches, Peña Blanca is a locally blended green bean coffee. Its name comes from the town where the dry mill is located. The "Middle" roast imparts a rich, full-bodied flavor to the liquid, resulting in a sweet, lingering finish reminiscent of fruit flavors like dark cherry and dried mango, as well as craft chocolate and burnt sugar.
