Raw Sugar Roast will open as a roastery cafe in Kyodo, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo in spring 2022. The exposed concrete and antique-style interior is the perfect space for enjoying coffee. The roasters have inherited the diverse coffee culture from the early 2000s to the present, and through their experience both in Japan and abroad, they strive to create flavors that they believe are truly delicious.
